Peppermint Jade Bliss Shamrock Shake & Latte

Updated: Mar 14, 2022

Try a healthier alternative to the original shake, using peppermint and culinary grade Matcha green tea! Vegan and gluten-free friendly, too.

For the chilled version, you'll want to freeze your choice of milk into ice cubes overnight. We like coconut milk but any milk or milk alternative would work. You'll also want to prepare a cup of Peppermint herbal tea or Moroccan Mint green tea and allow to cool before blending.

PEPPERMINT JADE BLISS SHAMROCK SHAKE

Peppermint Jade Bliss Shamrock Shake

12 oz milk or milk alternative (frozen into ice cubes)

1 tsp peppermint leaves

1 tsp Jade Bliss Matcha

1 cup Peppermint herbal tea or Moroccan Mint green tea (chilled)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in a blender and sweeten to taste with agave (or preferred sweetener). Pour into a mug or cup. Add mint leaves as a garnish (optional) and a fun straw.

To thicken your shake, add ice cubes. To make your shake thinner, add more milk. Feel free to experiment by adding your favorite fresh greens, like spinach or kale, for added green.

The hot version of this fun beverage is perfect for chilly, gloomy March days.

PEPPERMINT JADE BLISS SHAMROCK LATTE

12 oz milk or milk alternative

1 tsp Jade Bliss Matcha

1 cup Peppermint herbal tea or Moroccan Mint green tea

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp finely chopped peppermint leaves (optional)

Steep Peppermint or Moroccan Mint tea per package instructions. Add all ingredients to a frother or heat on the stove. Sweeten to taste with agave (or preferred sweetener). Top with frothed or whipped milk/cream (optional). Garnish with mint leaves (optional).

TIP: Some milk alternatives tend to froth more than others, so expect results to vary with the different milks you select.
